She has navigated, been a stage commander, appointed Head of Health, Safety and Security at Race of Champions and is now Director of Learning and Development at Motorsport UK. What we discuss is very relevant to everyone in Motorsport right now. She also throws in a few of her fantastic and rebellious experinces of competing in the 70s.
