#20 Liana Nici - Nutrition and dieting in an evolving world

This episode I managed to get the lovely and intelligent Liana Nici to spare some time from her busy schedule and join me on the pod. The knowledge this woman has is outstanding and the values she lives by and shares is making big changes to others in the world. Liana is a dietitian and most recently taken up a role in the AFL working alongside the playing group. She chats about what it's like working with both average individuals and high performance athletes and how they have similarities but differ at the same time, and what she has seen change in the dieting world with her 10 years of working in the field so far.
