Episode 41 - Wendy Glover

On this episode of the Hockey Think Tank podcast, we chat with youth development expert Wendy Glover.  Residing in London, Ontario, Wendy started an "Athleadership" program to teach athletes in her area about service and leadership. The program has taken off and has made an impact on hundreds of kids in her area and beyond.  During our conversation, we talk about the importance of hardship, the importance of a "first follower", holistic athlete development, and how you can build team building into your practices.  So much great information and insight into coaching and development in this episode, Wendy gave us so many tangible things we can do with our kids as well.  Thank you so much again for tuning in!!
