Dalton "Dean" Blankinship is from Oklahoma and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences, along with a master's in Health & Human Performance: Health Promotions. He used mostly his life lessons and experience to write the book. To say that it was a labor of love is an understatement, and what author can't say that? It is a sign of the marathon that is writing.
