Ep. 24: Matthew Postlethwaite on Mental Health and Chocolate For Your Mind, Body and Soul

Matthew Postlethwaite is an actor, known for the hit Netflix show Peaky Blinders, The White King, and Shooting Clerks (Which premiered recently at San Diego Comic Con). He is an advocate for mental health awareness and has recently launched his own wellness company called NUDE, which has launched their first range of products called NUDE Chocolate, filled with superfood and adaptogens. (*swoon*)

Matthew courageously shares his story about mental health challenges to advocate for mental wellness for all. He shares about how being in the depth of depression and darkness led him to found a company designed for making people feel better. I am so honored to have had the opportunity to chat with him as he shares his journey to make an impact for others out there listening.
