In our continuing series regarding the refugee children fleeing Central America we visited with the President of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), Joe Henry.  Here he tells us what he knows about the ongoing efforts to provide shelter, in Iowa, for the children and why they are fleeing their homes.
