Episode 55 Ignite Your Purpose

Where did it all begin?

Max and I met a few years ago now and our conversations began generally with health at centre stage, when we decided to begin our podcast, the Ignite Your Purpose show the aim was to share some knowledge about our own experiences our successes and failiures, the easy wins and major failiures. Neither of us has this nailed, neither of us has the perfect balance of diet for our lives but its fairly close for each of us. It may be drastically different for you.

We begin a series today discussing our journeys, where we began, and in the days following our thoughts on all the major topics, the macros, the micros, dairy, poultry, meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, their associated contrinbutions or not to the ill health that cronically plagues the globe.

We share from our own point of view with the knowledge we have gained to date, if the science changes next week, we will review and may change our opinions. but only after reflection and experiments. Neither of us has a medical degree, we are not scientist or healthcare practitioners. Just two dudes who has spent a shit load of time, learning, and researching what makes sense for us today.
