People with a brain know it’s a fluke when any govt does something positive for the public- with no obvious dilatory secondary effects. Today we discuss how, due to excessive motorcycle initiated crime and delinquency, the country of Ecuador has made the bold move to outlaw any ADULT MALE passengers on motorcycles. That sounds really great… but this is the 3rd world you know…and now we just have to see how well they enforce it.
