BIBLE STUDY 26 [JOHN 20:1-31] Thomas Saw The Risen Christ and Said: ”My Lord and My God”

Thomas was one of the original disciples who was not with the others when the RISEN Lord Jesus Christ came to visit them. The other disciples told Thomas that they had SEEN the RISEN Christ but he did NOT believe them! He told them that he would believe it when he saw it. He said that he wanted to stick his fingers into the holes in his hand, and thrust his hand into the side of Christ before he actually believed it! Eight days after Thomas spoke those words the RISEN Lord Jesus Christ went right to Thomas and told him to do exactly what he said that he wanted to do! Thomas saw Jesus and said "MY LORD AND MY GOD" because he actually SAW the RISEN Jesus Christ with his very own eyes!
