Juan Santos is the Senior Vice President of Brand Experience and Innovation with Tavistock.  He has 20+ years of creating magical experiences and been involved in award-winning, transformational work such as the first worldwide webcast for Earth Day, Coca-Cola’s loyalty program My Coke Rewards. 

Mattel’s shift from toys to play through the creation of BarbieGirls.com and implementing the largest autonomous public transit network in Lake Nona.

 

When asked about his five words that he said describe him, he replied with Ductile, Whimsical, Doer, Servant, Creator. If you do not know what ductile means, please listen to the show.
