Most people are afraid of being transparent for several reasons.  Mil sits down with producer,artist,photographer & videographer  YoShayne to discuss why transparency is important.  The goal of this conversation is to bring light to the fact that being transparent is not a weakness!  Sharing ideas, feelings and information that you may have not particularly been compelled to share can actually strengthen you are the core of establishing business and personal relationships.  You will be  resolve conflict faster or even avoid conflict all together if you just learn to be open and honest.
