~ Bliss meditations are spiritual practices designed to guide you into a state of beautiful awareness of love and of transformation ~ that you may experience yourself as a being of energy and a being of love. ~

How can you experience all of the peace and wonder that you are?

There is a certain feeling of love that has the power to transform lives, to enrich each moment, to fill us full with excitement, to navigate a path of certainty and love that supports all that we do.

When you begin each day in a conscious state of love, and as you choose the actions of loving kindness, you transform the ordinary, you focus on the possibilities rather than the problems of life because you recognize that your path in love is peace.

To walk in peace is to begin the journey of love ~ to hold presence in this moment ~ to feel yourself open to the love that you are and then to step forward into this space and time as your wonder and light.

I think about how important it is to approach the day from a state of love and positivism and kindness and this one way to feel uplifted and of light which then allows you to easily experience all of the beauty of life before you.

In this meditation, you will have ample time to sit in the quiet and stillness of now.

As your guide, I will give you the right instructions for calling to light the beautiful messages of your heart here and in store for you.
