Historic Waveland Golf Course with Rocky Sposato

This week, as they have done for the past several years, the Windsor Heights Chamber of Commerce held a golf event at Waveland Golf Course. It gave us an opportunity to sit down with Rocky Sposato, the manager there, and talk about the historic Des Moines owned facility and how it came to be that a private firm now manages this and two other municipal golf courses in the city...soon to add Jester Park from Polk County. Listen in to the business of golfing...
