Rob‘s Rant - Forbearance

In this segment, I want to give you the good, bad, and ugly about Mortgage Forbearance... There has been a lot of information in the news and media lately about this, and it has been a couple of weeks since the Cares Act has been out and people have been implementing these programs.

I've talked to Homeowners, Homebuyers, and Industry professionals. I've gotten a good handle on what's going on with Forbearance, and wanting to give my unbiased opinion on this whole thing. The bottom line is, "KNOW before you OWE!".
