Ep 2.5 Check in proof-of-life, Are you sharing light, neutral, or stifling it?

Letting everyone know that I'm alive. I'm reminding myself and any listener that this story is not about a sad moment.  It's about much bigger things. Including names of boats! So if a life change got me to begin this podcast, then that's something positive that has come out of it already.
