General Hospital Comings and Goings update gives Steven Lars Webber, played by Scott Reeves, is confirmed to return to Port Charles. This anticipated arrival has been hinted at since his sister, Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst), mentioned him recently. Stephen's history is interwoven with several characters, including his father Jeff Webber (Richard Dean Anderson), his sister Elizabeth Webber, and his mother Heather Webber (Alley Mills).

General Hospital fans know Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero), Elizabeth's nephews, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and Jake Webber (Hudson West), and Aiden Spencer (Colin Cassidy) also share a history with Steven. His presence in Port Charles again will likely stir up past secrets and drama, including his dark secret of intentionally killing a criminal patient to save a young girl in Memphis. His return to the town also coincides with the potential release of his mother, Heather, from prison. Steven Lars Webber's return to General Hospital is scheduled for Thursday, October 24th.
