Patrick Manifold is a motivational speaker, inspiring author, entrepreneur and former professional athlete, originally from England, but currently based in Atlantic Canada.

 

 

Patrick has chased and caught his dreams all over the world, living in seven countries on three continents in the process; England, Canada, Scotland, Germany, Italy, Australia, and the United States of America.

 

 

After making his childhood dreams come true and transforming his own life, he made the decision to share what he discovered with the world, through his books, public speaking, podcast and social media, in the hopes to help as many people as possible to live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.
