La-Starr Sneed ”Conditioning For The Upcoming Winter Olympics In Beijing”

La-Starr Sneed is a single mother of 3 conditioning to be the next Gold Medalist in the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing. She’s a survivor of extremely abusive domestic violence relationships and has endured living in shelters and out of her own car. La-Starr is 1 of 3 African American women, in the world, competing in the Winter Olympic Games (WOG) in the category of speed skating on ice for short track. Her goal is to be the first Black woman to win a medal in her category. Tune in to hear how she's conditioning her mind, body and soul.
