Every year at Christmas, Jackie sends a glowing newsletter to her friend Charlotte. When Charlotte's son puts in Jackie's address into their GPS, the family lands on Jackie's doorstep just days before Christmas. Thus begins Charlotte's attempts to prove Jackie is a liar and that her life is anything but perfect.
