In this fireside chat, we discuss some of the most common problems found in legacy systems and how to deal with them. We start our conversation by discussing the perception of complexity and the famous big ball of mud. We also touch upon the fear of changing code, how to isolate changes, the challenges of work parallelization, and testing strategies.
