Vanessa Cornell is an obsessive observer of the human condition.
She lives in a state of relentless curiosity about her own desires, fears, motivations, challenges and patterns. The uncovering of truth in herself and the world is her life’s joyful passion, achieved through dedicated self observance, radical love of others, and the ravenous consumption of ideas. Through the vehicle of NUSHU Group, she is currently exploring the idea that a paradigm shift is needed in our understanding of how personal growth and healing happens.
Rather than a hierarchy where healing is imparted by an expert or a teacher, she proposes an environment of co-healing, where each participant sits simultaneously in the seat of the healer and the healed. In Group, an environment of trust, non-judgment and awareness is fostered, and we are encouraged to share what is in our hearts and on our minds, allowing each of us to feed the deep inner hunger for human connection. That deep connection, both to self and to others, Vanessa has found, is the key that unlocks all the doors. Vanessa’s three loves in life are herself, her work and her family, her incredible husband and five quirky, individual, sometimes challenging but always interesting and lovable children.
