After a brief COVID-19 recap, Neville addresses the state of the Waterline Rehabilitation Project in Frederiksted and the Transformation Plan for St. John with Director of Corporate Communications at WAPA, Jean P. Greaux Jr. Neville then speaks to his experience out West over the weekend.
