Cafe Di Scala - The Swan Song

When we received the press release that one of our favorite Des Moines Metro restaurants would be going through a major change we reached out to the owner, Chef Tony Lemmo. The short story is that after January 1, 2016 Cafe Di Scala will be no more.  What's going on and why? We asked.
