Days of our Lives has once again thrown its fans into a whirlwind with the latest developments around Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn). The recent storyline has seen Stephanie walk out on Chad, leaving fans divided over her decision. Chad has been known for his villainous antics, most notably impregnating Abigail Deveraux's (Marci Miller) sister, Gwen Rizczech (Emily O'Brien), and his brash approach towards Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson). 

However, fans are questioning Stephanie's abrupt departure from Chad and his children, who have been relying on her as a maternal figure after the brutal murder of their mother Abigail by Clyde Weston (James Reed) on Days. 

The drama unfolded when Chad, not ready for marriage, bought half the newspaper and orchestrated a plot to fire Stephanie's ex-boyfriend, Everett Lynch (Blake Berris). This move on DOOL left Stephanie fuming and led to her abrupt departure, leaving her apartment key with Alex. 

Fans are now debating Stephanie's decision to leave the children without a proper goodbye. Furthermore, speculations are rife about the fate of the ring Everett had supposedly given to Stephanie on the Peacock soap opera.
