Mid-Session 13 Feb 20: ASX 200 advances as Wall street sets fresh record highs overnight

Local shares posted solid gains in early trade on Thursday, encouraged by the fresh record highs hit for several international markets overnight, including Wall St. Gains were crimped in late morning trade local time after Chinese authorities revised higher the number of Corona virus cases.
