This is my take on a class action suit being filed against Vail Resorts, Inc. by a person looking for a refund on their Epic Pass due to the fact that all of the Vail mountains closed for the COVID-19 outbreak. I get into the case and what I think about them wanting a refund. Mini spoiler for fans of Ski Rex Media...you already know my opinion on a lot of lawsuits like this.
