Episode 5: Richie Forde

Richie Forde has many achievements in ITF Taekwon-Do, some highlights being a European Gold in 2010, European Cup gold in 2013 as well as being part of the team sparring team that took gold at the 2015 World Championships. Richie is also the head instructor at East Cork Taekwon-Do, where as a relatively new club they have experienced many milestones in recent months. Today I talk to Richie about his experiences as both a competitor and a coach as well as how he would like to see taekwon-do training develop into the future.
