This is Part 2 with Master of Wine Stage 1 Student, Melissa Worrall. Earlier this year she went to Rust, Austria for a 1 week residential. She is going to tell us all about this, what is expected from her and the emotional journey of being on it. Then we are going to talk about how to identify the 3 main varieties of Austria: Grüner Veltliner, Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch in a Blind tasting. As Mel visited Kamptal DAC and Burgenland DAC she will talk about her experiences of the regions and their climates/terroirs.
