Love is undoubtedly the highest form of energy. It can instantly lift someone up with light and dispel the darkness within them. It makes the world a better place and it’s the only force that gives meaning to all.
But sadly, we live in a culture that seems dominated by fear and hate because of the propaganda of the media, political leaders and the existence of fear-based groups that terrorize the world. If we’re hooked on to their stories, it can alter our views of reality and diminish our capacity to see the positive in humanity and our willingness to alleviate the current problems.
Fortunately, there are healthier ways of staying informed without being trapped in this media bubble of fear. In this podcast episode I speak about how you can do that and also how we can become more conscious about the kind of energy that we’re projecting into the world so that we spread more love and less fear wherever we go.
