This week we Psychologist Robert Matek volunteers his time on the show to speak about the benefits of volunteering and the mindset that is required to reap the fruits of volunteering within your local community. He navigates the human virtues required for this, and even the supernatural dimension that may motivate many people, leaving us with many examples of how we can volunteer and 3 practical tools to take action in this area.
