Are ministers necessary, and should they get paid, If so, why?

Does the Kingdom of God still have a priesthood?

Is it only a person called pastor, whether he fulfills the role of Keeping the wrath of God away from the ungodly, and those in error, by teaching Yahweh/God's righteous instructions, and living a god centered life before men?

Let's examine Numbers 18 verse by verse.
