Ireland ‘will step up to the table’ on refugee crisis – McGuinness

Refugees in Hungary clashed with police this morning as trouble broke out at a migrant reception camp at the border between Hungary and Serbia.  Tomorrow the President of the EU Commission Jean-Claude Juncker is to outline EU proposals to relocate additional refugees across EU countries. The Fine Gael MEP Mairead McGuinness says putting a figure on the number of refugees countries should take debases the scale of the refugee crisis.
