about wine and Romans 14 a5e11

I received a good question about my episode about "much wine." How can one hold the interpretation of Scripture that drinking alcohol in any amount is sinful and yet Paul in Romans 14 mentions drinking wine in context and connection with Scruple, a matter of personal conscience? 

I really hope I dealt with the question well and with respect. Let me know what you think.
