In this short trailer, Dr. Gina Garcia describes the HSI designation as a federal construct, outlines the requirements for becoming federally designated, and challenges the audience to rethink what it actually means to be Hispanic-serving. The purpose of this podcast, ¿Qué pasa, HSIs? is to grapple with this question.
