My guest this week on Vox Novus, Dr. Michael Garko, says a path of awareness and subtle lifestyle changes highlight the importance of early detection and the embrace of a lifestyle rich in heart-healthy habits. Dr. Garko is a nationally recognized, credentialed nutritionist who is devoted to helping his clients and others take charge of their health. He earned a master’s degree in human nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. Dr. Garko produced and hosted the popular health talk radio show “Let’s Talk Nutrition,” which aired for two hours a day, five days a week, in over 500 cities coast-to-coast and was streamed worldwide. He believes nutrition is the driving force by which health is created, sustained, and reclaimed. He joins me this week to share advice on keeping our hearts happy and healthy!
