Pirate and Knock-Off Goods in Latin America- Today we present an updated comprehensive guide to everything you wanted to know about the counterfeit goods market in a land where it’s all about the price and almost no one really cares about copyrights, licensing or intellectual property rights.

Latin America is the land of knock-off goods. With some fake products making up as much as 50% of a given market. You’d be amazed how many things are counterfeited, faked and/or knocked off. The list includes toys, clothes, shoes, purses, luggage, cosmetics, software, movies, media, video games, medicines, tools, IT services, even pet food, human food and seeds!
