12.01 Learning from work part 2: Capturing and recording learning

Real learning that leads to development very often needs thinking time and painfully for many, noting. Why is recording our learning such a problem? We don't leave email addresses, phone numbers or postcodes to our memory, and yet to make any note of learning seems a task too far.

Here I explore my own long term approach to this apparently difficult issue, and suggest alternatives to writing or typing this up!
