After over 20 years in broadcast radio, Pat left the industry to launch a business consulting small business Owners. While helping clients better understand their ideal customer, branding and positioning, Pat realized small business owners were underserved.

In the past two years, Pat has launched a leading Small Business Incubator to address what is missing: a place for Small Business Owners to get the information, inspiration and transformation partners they are missing with traditional support systems. This digital group has expanded to 10 states and 6 countries while helping its members make a bigger impact and achieve their dreams.
