Daniel preached in Babylon 605 - 536 BC bridging the entire 70-year exile in Babylonian captivity. He spoke for God to the Gentile and Jewish worlds to declare God’s present and eternal purpose.

Daniel used dreams and visions to show God’s guidance, intervention, and power in the affairs of men. His great vision of the Ancient of Days and the Son of Man is much referred to in the New Testament.
