What’s my issue with meal delivery service? Why do I keep criticizing this convenience routine you see all actors, famous fitness trainers & health experts promote as the way to stay in shape and provide your nutrition with ease? To me it’s the true definition of lack of self independence, to choose to be dependent on external sources… To me the diet culture & fear of your own power system is the best strategy to keep profiting off your lack of self management and self reliance.
