Mid-Session 12 Nov 2021: Iron ore names lead ASX higher on Friday

The ASX 200 is enjoying its best session of the week on Friday with the Index at session highs at lunch led by a recovery for iron ore miners. Healthcare names are the only group to be posting a meaningful decline, weighed down my Resmed and Ramsay Healthcare.
