On this episode John & Eric discuss an email from the NYPD's Lieutenant Benevolent Association warning members that if they are found guilty of a CCRB complaint the city of New York will not represent them or indemnify them from any civil lawsuit or settlement that may arise as a result. This basically means members of the NYPD will not be protected under Qualified Immunity and their personal assets & finances will not be protected. John & Eric discuss the hypocrisy in this as NYC Mayor is currently be represented for a civil lawsuit for a 1993 sexual assault allegation from a coworker that allegedly occurred while he was OFF DUTY and employed by the NYPD. Also discussed is Vehicle pursuits, the NYPD's mishandling of social media & much more.
