Rudy Vargas is a community activist in City Heights. Rudy was born in City Heights and has a lot of pride in his city. We have a discussion on how the community has helped build him to the man he is today. Rudy also discusses his journey at SDSU. He consistently brings great energy and a positive attitude to everything he does, so it was great to explore his outlook a bit closer.
