Emotions: Are you Triggered?

Everywhere you turn people are being triggered! Rage and anger are getting the center stage. God created us to experience emotion but not to be controlled by them. Acting on anger results in sin. By listening to the Holy Spirit we are able to respond with love and forgiveness instead of reacting out of anger.
