Embracing the dark night of the soul

This episode came from a conversation with the Three Guides of the light about the  challenges we are facing both individually and collectively as we ascend in consciousness. It is what they call the "Dark night of the soul". We are all feeling it and or observing it in some way. The positive side is that there is SO MUCH to gain from this experience AND we can use the wisdom gained to dig deeper, release more and choose to align with a higher frequency of love!
