Have you ever dreamed of turning your passion...into your profession??  No?  Well, do you like beer??  Yes!!!  This week we sit down with Andy Cook, owner of Swiftwater Brewing in Rochester, NY.  Andy gives us all the details on how he chased his dream and opened Swiftwater.  He also brought beer which pretty much makes him one of our favorite people ever.  This is a must listen for you dreamers and beer lovers, and really just people of planet Earth.  Our only confession this week is that we really don't know S*&t about beer, except we sure love to drink it.  CHEERS!!
