Finding out how to motivate others to do what we need them to do can be difficult. This episode dives into the difference between intrinsic and Extrinsic values and how they each motivate us differently. I talk about how to relate that to our personal life and how we can implement them in raising a family, loving our significant other, and building a cohesive team in the office. We all have things that motivate us, we just have to find out what those are and implement them.
