Our scoundrels have their sights on a new target—The Cabbage Garden, a soup kitchen being run by a cult headed by Tonan's rival, Neliao the Gardener. Attacking a soup kitchen is a bad look, but The Gardener's intentions aren't exactly altruistic. How can the Masked Spirits convince people they're in the right?... Weiyong starts planning a smear campaign of his own. Tonan pulls back the mask ever so slightly. Ciwei accepts some surprising offers.
