Ep #196 - Energy is all around us. Emotions are energy in motion. You know how you have felt blocked, like something inside you is holding you back, or just doesn't feel right. The main problem is that most of us attempt to reconcile this internal charge through our rational thinking mind, or if addiction still steers us, we hit the bottle, straw, or pipe hard.
We all know when we feel life is in flow. We know what that feeling of flying on cloud nine is - and no I'm not referencing the high we get off intoxicants. I am talking about that universally known energy...
Ep #196 - Energy is all around us. Emotions are energy in motion. You know how you have felt blocked, like something inside you is holding you back, or just doesn't feel right. The main problem is that most of us attempt to reconcile this internal charge through our rational thinking mind, or if addiction still steers us, we hit the bottle, straw, or pipe hard.
We all know when we feel life is in flow. We know what that feeling of flying on cloud nine is - and no I'm not referencing the high we get off intoxicants. I am talking about that universally known energy we feel inside of us when the restraints are pulled off and we can move ourselves in a way that evokes our divinity and unconscious essence.
Imagine if you knew the secrets of unlocking your energetic blocks. Heck, let's all live in a world where we inner-stand that energy isn't just real, it's all around us, Energy IS US, and directs us like a conductor does an orchestra. Let the musical energy of life be your guide. Silence yourself and you will hear your energy calling you.
Like in the Avatar movies, there is a light inside us all and it touches everyone and everything. The butterfly effect starts with you. Will you move your body and bring warmth to yourself or will you continue down a path you already know you are sick and tired of being sick and tired of?
The answers to these ponderings may just be on the other side of my conversation with Elesia...
