France and Italy ‘flouting’ fiscal rules – Hayes

EU leaders are meeting again today in Brussels. It's expected that eurozone leaders will discuss the state of the euro economies.  An emerging concern is the way France and Italy are managing their budgets. There are concerns they are breaching EU debt-reduction goals and breaking pledges to bring their deficits within EU limits in 2015. The Fine Gael MEP Brian Hayes says Italy and France must toe the line like other Eurogroup members such as Ireland.
